
REGISTRATION
To register, COMPLETE ONE REGISTRATION FORM PER PARTICIPANT, read and agree 9by checking the box on the Registration Form) to the waivers found in the links below & return with a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $30 per course, per session.

Adult students should fill out the form as if they are the student. Please list spouse or emergency contact as Primary Parent.
​
You will be billed for the balance due plus any t-shirts ordered.

Please be sure to indicate which session(s) you are registering for.

Send one registration form per student and your deposit check or money order made payable to HHWSP to PO Box 405, Henderson Harbor, NY 13651.

Registration is first come first served based upon post mark date.

Deposits are applied to tuition balances and are only refundable if the course is filled or cancelled.
​
Wait lists will be maintained for all courses and sessions.
