REGISTRATION
To register, complete the registration form & return with deposit(s) as listed in the Course Description.
Please be sure to indicate which session(s) you are registering for.
Send Form and check, or money order made payable to HHWSP to: PO Box 405, Henderson Harbor, NY 13651.

Registration is first come, first serve.
Deposits will be applied to tuition balances & are only refundable if a course is filled or cancelled.
Waiting lists will be maintained for all courses and sessions.

**Each student needs a separate Medical Information Form and Sailing Liability Form.**
For all other forms, you may use one form per family.

HHWSP assumes that all parents/guardians will read the Parent Handbook prior to the start of programs.
